Regarding the previous papers of various exams on This SITE, PGMEE does not claim even the existence of these questions in the exams quoted and reinforce that they are put up here for only helping the students and visitors by the efforts of other students and not by any unfair means. NO LIABILITY FOR INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE DUE TO MAINTENANCE, UPGRADES, ETC

INDEMNITIES

(a) In respect of his/her relevant participation in THE SITE, each participant (and if more than one in respect of participation, jointly and severally) indemnifies and holds PGMEE and its related parties harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by PGMEE and/or its related parties arising from any third party claim resulting directly or indirectly from the participant's participation in THE SITE. Such indemnity includes but is not limited to claims in respect of the infringement of intellectual property rights.

(b) The relevant Participant shall reimburse PGMEE and/or any relevant related party for all costs reasonably incurred by it/them in any such proceeding in which it is a party.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

You acknowledge and agree as follows:

(a) Your participation in THE SITE is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permissible by law, PGMEE expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;

(b) To the extent permitted by law, in respect of THE SITE and any associated service or advice provided (Services), whether supplied by or on behalf of PGMEE or by a third party including any Expert, Supplier or Advertiser, PGMEE makes no warranty that:
